CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS
ICM Project Solutions were engaged to quote on the repair works to the kitchen and living space following a burst flexi-hose connection to the dishwasher.
After being awarded the works, ICMPS Project Managers attended site with our cabinetmakers and flooring specialists – meeting with the insured to assess requirements.
The insured noted some design changes to the layout of the kitchen, which were taken on-board by our project management team.
OUR SOLUTION
Met with initial COVID-19 related time constraints, our team adjusted the construction programme accordingly.
This was then relayed through effective communication to the managing Sedgwick Adjuster to allow them to arrange temporary accommodation for the insured.
Our Project Management team then worked relentlessly to ensure the works were completed on-time to mitigate the need for unnecessary additional temporary accommodation.
This project once completed exceeded the expectations of the insured and the client.

This project was completed on time and with no variations.
